Back for its 3rd year, the TOAD TWO MILE is built for runners looking to finish their XC season with a fast 3200m, great competition, and a chance to chase a PR. Come to Nashville one week after your XC State Meet and race on the track with top-notch pacers in every heat helping you find the perfect rhythm.
But the TOAD TWO MILE isn't just for high school runners. With elementary, middle school, high school, and adult races, there’s something for everyone—from young runners racing their first track event to experienced athletes looking to run fast.

This date is strategically planned for the weekend after the Tennessee State XC meet when kids will be the most fit and ready to run a fast 2 mile after racing 3 mile races all fall.
This year matches up perfectly with multiple State meets ending the week before the Toad Two Mile. This should increase the attendance and strengthen the competition.

Achilles International
Mission Statement: We break down barriers to race start lines and empower the disability community to cross the finish line.
At Toad Two Mile, we’re proud to continue partnering with Achilles to make the event more inclusive and impactful. We will feature a dedicated Achilles race as part of the meet, giving athletes of all abilities the opportunity to compete, be celebrated, and experience the energy of race day.
We will have an Achilles 800 heat before the Invitational heats of the Boys and Girls Toad Two Mile.

Toad Two Mile is a high-energy, grassroots track event built to celebrate the sport and create an unforgettable race day experience. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the meet brings together a unique mix of elite talent, rising stars, and a passionate running community in a fun, electric environment.
Now entering its 3rd year, Toad Two Mile is building off a standout debut that featured world-class athletes like Donavan Brazier—fresh off a 1:44 performance—and fan favorite Craig Engels, who brought unmatched energy pacing multiple heats throughout the night. Alongside them were a wave of up-and-coming track stars, delivering incredible races and setting the tone for what Toad Fest is all about.
Backed by the energy of the Toadlyfe community and fueled by a love for track & field, Toad Fest is quickly becoming a staple in the running scene—known for its bold style, fast times, and unbeatable vibes.

Billy Cvecko created the ToadLyfe about 8 years ago when he realized the sport of T&F needed to add some fire into the mix to spark more fun in the sport he loved. He bought an RV and started touring the country crafting content to make some magic and bring the energy!
