SELECT A PLAN

-PLAN 1 - TADPOLE - $25 per month: First time runner or someone looking to lose weight or get in shape!

WHO -These are for the people who have maybe never run before. They are looking to get into it to start losing weight or just feel better about themselves.

WHAT - You will receive a basic monthly schedule on google docs, you will have communication with the coaches, feedback will be provided! We will also help with nutrition, strength, cross training, running gear and other running recommendations if we are asked specific questions! 

 

-PLAN 2 - MINI TOAD - $50 per month: For those that have running experience or getting back into it after a long time off!


WHO - People who are currently active, possibly former highschool or college athletes who are looking to push themselves again, or those attempting to pursue running seriously for the first time.

WHAT - You will receive a basic monthly schedule on google docs, you will have communication with the coaches, feedback will be provided! We will also help with nutrition, strength, cross training, running gear and other running recommendations if we are asked specific questions! 

 

-PLAN 3 - (TOAD) - $75 per month: For the consistent runner that has competitive goals, they are the champion of their local 5K, but running takes the back burner to other things in life! 
 

WHO - Highschooler who is in the back-middle of the pack on their highschool teams, former college runners who still train for more than fun, those that still compete in road races or track events, those that are looking to take the next step in their training with some solid structure.

WHAT - You will receive a monthly schedule on google docs, you will have regular communication with the coaches, weekly updates and phone calls and consistent feedback will be provided!  We will also help with nutrition, strength, running gear and other running recommendations! These will be more in depth and analytical for this tier.

 

-PLAN 4 - THE KING TOAD - $100 per month: College, elite, masters levels athletes that are looking to get everything out of the sport!
 

WHO - Former college runners who couldn't get a contract but are still looking to take things to the next level. These runners are looking to be USA elite runners and qualify for the olympic trials and beyond. 


WHAT - You will receive a monthly schedule on google docs, you will have regular communication with the coaches, weekly updates and phone calls and consistent feedback will be provided!  We will also help with nutrition, strength, running gear and other running recommendations! These will be more in depth and analytical for this tier.
