One Fun Fact: I was born in Northern Ireland, and my cousin is an 6x Paralympic Gold Medalist, and the 100m/200m paralympic world record holder.

The TOADLYFE means: This year one of my biggest goals has been enjoying the moment, realizing highschool is over and time is passing faster than ever, I’ve been enjoying both the “mundane” and exciting moments more! Whether it be putting less pressure on myself in races, or enjoying my classes at school, I know in a few years I’ll want to be able to be at the point in life I am now. It’s all a part of the #toadlyfe in my mind, enjoying and embracing the now!!

One Fun Fact: I’m a Lakota Sioux native and I have been working at mcdonald’s the last 2 years as a little highschool job to pay for running gear.

One Fun Fact: One non-running related fact about me is that instead of indoor track in the winter I actually Nordic Ski for my high school team as a cross training season.

The TOADLYFE means: To me the #toadlyfe means embracing the journey and enjoying the moments that come with it. Taking a step back to appreciate the fun, quirky moments that come with the sport and all of the work that has gone into where you are at that exact moment. It means letting a part of the process be letting go and just finding the fun in what you are doing, running with joy and grit and never letting the doubts get you down.

One Fun Fact: An interesting fact about me is that I have snorkeled between tectonic Plates.

The TOADLYFE means: The #ToadLyfe to me, means carrying on the origins of the Toad and being able to carry on that torch of Joy and Kindness to the whole running community from top competitors to everyday joggers.

One Fun Fact: One interesting fact about me is that I used to play ice hockey. Despite growing up in the heat and farm lands of Central California, I played ice hockey for 10 years before turning my focus to just running at the end of my freshman year.

Just like Kobe Bryant and Coach Mike Smith talk about, if you fall in love with the journey and the process, so much more than just your goals or dreams will be accomplished. I don’t believe in getting “burnt out”, I believe that as long as you’re having fun and you love coming to practice everyday and embracing the mountains and valleys that come with our intense sport, you will find success in one way or another.

One Fun Fact: I am obsessed with scary movies and Halloween!

The TOADLYFE means: The #toadlyfe to me means letting yourself run fast and free! Running in this amazing community of crushing each other in the race and then right after, huggin it out, cooling down and laughing with each other! The lifestyle of “running makes me happy”.

The TOADLYFE means: the #toadlyfe is a reminder that we are running for a bigger reason other than ourselves. It is a symbol known by many runners that represents fun and community within this very competitive sport.

One Fun Fact: One interesting fact about me is that I love aviation!! I have grown up traveling a ton and am very blessed to have seen many parts of the world via the airplane. I maintain a model airport consisting of over 175 different model aircraft! I hope to work in the aviation business field when my running career is over.

The TOADLYFE means: TOADLYFE to me means spreading smiles to all people. Running is one sport where almost everyone you encounter is supportive of your goals and aspirations. I have made countless lifelong friends during my time as a competitive runner! I started repping the toadlyfe singlet and wristband because I know Billy and the joy he brings to the sport. I wanted to be a mirror image of his joy to all athletes. We are blessed to take part in such an encouraging sport. My goal is to remind us runners that having fun is the most important aspect of anything we do in our lives. Our joy should be ignited by the things we love and spread to the ones we love. The toadlyfe message is one I will always hold close to my heart whenever I step foot on the line!

One Fun Fact:

• My family has two sets of twin boys. I myself have a twin brother named Matthew and two younger brothers that are also twins named Jeremy and Joshua. We are all runners who are all also huge fans of Toadlyfe Running! 

The TOADLYFE means: #toadlyfe is the embodiment of family, community, and togetherness between runners around the globe and runners alike. Toadlyfe is not only a hashtag but a way of life and something to represent and have fun doing so! I ordered a Toadlyfe running singlet in May of 2023 and my first race in the Toad running gear, I ran a huge PR in the 800m with a time or 1:50.29!! #toadlyfe has been the forefront of positivity and growth in the Track and Field/Running Community!
